For all those who think in order to get really great coffee brewed, that you need to:
a) Go out and buy a Cuisinart coffee maker

b) Go out and buy a Keurig coffee maker
c) Go out and buy an espresso machine
Well, you are missing something very simple and cheap.
The simple french press (see Bodum Chambord 3-cup Coffee Press
)
is what I’m talking about. It’s often way overlooked and a good reason is people just are not familiar with them as much and they look complex when it’s precisely the opposite. They are much simpler to use and maintain than a coffee machine. All you need to spend is $20-30 to get the same quality of coffee and all you need is boiling water and of course coffee grinds. That’s it. And the taste that comes out of a french press is outstanding. Much less to clean up as well. Especially if you’re single or serving for just 1-2 most of the time, just get a French Press and be done with it.
Check out more information about french presses here:

How to Use a Press Pot
Bodum
They look complex but it’s really this simple:
1) Put in the right amount of grinds & boiling water
2) Let it sit 2-3 minutes
3) Press down to remove the grinds, then pour
You can get french presses at any food gourmet shop, most grocery stores, and of course coffee shops.
Holiday Gift
And this is a great gift over the holidays that will not bust your budget either.
They look nice in your kitchen and are very effective and fun to use & they also save a ton of space.
Check out your nearest coffee store to get the nicest presses.
By the way, it’s NOT hard as you can clearly see…done it myself so many times,
this guy is just a hard core freak/weirdo ;).
